Contribute our changes to the main CruiseControl

Now CruiseControl 2.6 was just released it might be a good point in time to realign the 2 versions again and if possible to contribute as much of our changes into the main CruiseControl. To start this process I brought the wiki page create by mrumpf (if i remember correct) into the trac. I hope we can work on this to make our JcReport integrated into the public available CruiseControl and not only in ours.
